At Symonds Farm, we offer flexible business space that allows customers to grow at their own rate.

 

With available space from 50 sq. ft - 100,000 sq. ft, we can support your growth with short and long-term leases. We also undertake turnkey projects. As can be seen below, an office development project in a place called Westley Bottom, nearby, involved the sympathetic renovation of old farm buildings, to create bespoke office space for high-profile tenants.

Our modern warehousing (up to 10 meters eaves height) is situated in pleasant rural surroundings with no rush hour queues and is well maintained by our on-site maintenance team. The warehousing can be adapted to meet changing needs both in terms of space and fit-out. There is a small food outlet on-site providing takeaway lunchtime staples such as sandwiches, salad and chips, and hot and cold beverages.
